June 2011

The new rates came into effect this month. Most patients did not have a problem with paying between Rs 5 and 10 more. For those who did, we stuck to the older rates.
The stats are given below:

Hemlata, 09/F, ASD Operated
Hemlatha was detected with a Atrial Septal Defect. She was oprated at STAR Hospital, Hyderabad under the Arogyasri Scheme. She is doing well. 

Sambhavi 1.5 /F
 Sambhavi had a Necrotising Dermatitis. What you see is excessive scarring after the wounds have healed. She is on regular physiotherapy and emollients
Her treatment was supported by Heart and Hand for the Handicapped, USA
